COD COMMUNITY PROJECT MANAGEMENT
COD Community Project Management System create a paperless pathway to review and approved any community project. Moreover, it enables generating very accurate statistical report. It provides easy access to apply community project proposal and to permit for feedback on the proposal from the committee. It is integrated with COD Website for outside access.
STUDENT ACHIEVEMENTS
The COD Student Achievements Platform streamlines the management and recording of student accomplishments through a digital system. This online platform eliminates the need for paper-based processes and facilitates the review and approval of diverse student achievements. Additionally, it generates statistical reports that fulfill the information requirements of NCAAA KPI#25.

Clinical Dashboard is a comprehensive reporting tool for the Salud patient management system. It provides faculties and administration an overview about clinical KPI’s and full information about students progress in terms of performance, skills and others. Administration can also generate reports about clinic utilization, number of patient treated or number of patient appointments and many more.
COD BUILDING TOUCH SCREEN GUIDE
Touch Screen Guide help Visitors, students, faculty and staff to Guide them the directions of Clinics, Departments and Offices in an easier and interactive way. The touch screen is the main interface between the Visitor and Machine, and incorporates all controlling mechanisms within its display. You can get the directional assistance you need, while listening to a song.

BLACKBOARD
Blackboard is the official KSAU-HS Learning Management System integrated with Academic Integrity. As a Web-based course-management system, it allows students and faculty to participate in classes delivered online, use online materials or participate in activities to complement face-to-face teaching. This system has been used by both KSAU-HS students and faculty since 2009.
UNIVERSITY RESEARCH PROFILE
University Research Profile (URP) is a web application created by Educational Affairs. This application is the only recognized portal for the University’s official research database in all University branches. It provides a searchable digital index for the publications of KSAU-HS full-time and joint appointment faculty including peer-reviewed articles, books\chapters, conference participations and ongoing research.

ACADEMIC AFFAIRS SYSTEM
The main purpose of this system is to provide the Academic Affairs a technological platform to manage academic process (course book creation, lectures schedule, lab schedule etc.) through one console and distribute information directly and accurately to the stakeholders. It also collaborates with the system’s to meet curriculum mapping and NCAAA requirements.

The purpose of this Project is to provide a system that will manage the student counseling process and auto track requests of visitation, sessions, and the report of the sessions.
Research Proposal System
To develop a research proposal management system with centralized database of all research projects conducted at COD. This online system will create a paperless pathway to review, critique and approve of any research application. Moreover, it will enable a complete research life-cycle within COD that can generate a high accurate statistical report.
KEY CONTROL SYSTEM
To manage the Key control process of issuing, lost key and transformation and manage the key list status instead of Excel sheet.
PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
To develop a portfolio management system with centralized information for all staff and faculty members inside COD. This online system will create a paperless pathway to add, edit and update information for all users. Moreover, it will integrate to the tracking system to generate different kinds of reports.
