COD COMMUNITY PROJECT MANAGEMENT

COD Community Project Management System create a paperless pathway to review and approved any community project. Moreover, it enables generating very accurate statistical report. It provides easy access to apply community project proposal and to permit for feedback on the proposal from the committee. It is  integrated with COD Website for outside access.

STUDENT ACHIEVEMENTS

The COD Student Achievements Platform streamlines the management and recording of student accomplishments through a digital system. This online platform eliminates the need for paper-based processes and facilitates the review and approval of diverse student achievements. Additionally, it generates statistical reports that fulfill the information requirements of NCAAA KPI#25.

CLINICAL DASHBOARD

The Clinical Dashboard is a specialized information system designed to oversee and record students’ clinical engagements. It includes functions such as creating student clinical schedules, managing pre-clinical and clinical grades, handling e-consent, SMS notifications, clinical inventory, and instrument requests, sending alert emails, and providing a visual display of clinic and treatment status.

DENTAL OPERATION SYSTEM

The Dental Operation System (DOS) was established in 2019 to provide guidance to faculty and interns in managing their daily responsibilities. This includes tasks such as managing the clinic master schedule, weekly clinic schedule, clinic space allocation, clinic slot adjustments, and the automated creation and digital approval of TRAs.

KEAP

The Key Electronic Assessment Platform (KEAP) is a cutting-edge online web assessment and curriculum alignment and assessment system. Its primary purpose is to streamline curriculum alignment, linking predefined program learning outcomes (PLOs) with courses through mapping them with Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs), teaching strategies and assessment methods.

COD BUILDING TOUCH SCREEN GUIDE

Touch Screen Guide help Visitors, students, faculty and staff to Guide them the directions of Clinics, Departments and Offices in an easier and interactive way. The touch screen is the main interface between the Visitor and Machine, and incorporates all controlling mechanisms within its display. You can get the directional assistance you need, while listening to a song.

FACULTY PORTFOLIO SYSTEM

The Faculty Portfolio System enables faculty members to easily update their personal details, upload essential qualification documents, and provide information about their license certificates, including expiration dates. Additionally, it simplifies the process for administrative assistants across various departments to keep their essential documents up to date.

NEW EMPLOYEE ORIENTATION SYSTEM

Provide an online orientation for new joined faculty and staff.

ONLINE ATTENDANCE

It is developed based on university attendance policy to track employee attendance and it generates reports automatically by the end of day, week, months or even every year. The system also has an alert mechanism that triggers automatically via email if rules are met.

OFFLINE LECTURE RECORDED VIEWER

An internal video lecture viewer to support the students just in case the Mediasite is down.

ONLINE HELPDESK

Helpdesk system handle requests by using helpdesk software which enables the helpdesk technician to keep track of the user requests using a unique identifier.

RESEARCH PROPOSAL SYSTEM

To develop a research proposal management system with centralized database of all research projects conducted at COD. This online system will create a paperless pathway to review, critique and approve of any research application. Moreover, it will enable a complete research life-cycle within COD that can generate a high accurate statistical report.
